Using personal influence, tenure in the real estate industry, office count, decision-making power, a company’s significance and contribution to the industry among other notable credentials, the duo have created a set of benchmarks and algorithms to determine the most powerful key decision makers, trailblazers, influencers, company chieftains, thought leaders and innovators.
They’ve compiled their finding in the first annual Swanepoel 200 – a list of the 200 Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate in 2013. Ten Keller Williams leaders were among those honored on the list.
