Students must attend all session dates and times.
Completion of the full 60-hour program is required for licensing.
This program is approved by the DC Real Estate Commission.

In order to receive your license you must take and pass the exam which costs $350.00

Class dates are as follows:
October 9, 11, 16, 18 – 6:30pm-9:30pm
October 13, 14, 20 21 – 9:30am-8:00pm
Brandon Green began his real estate career as an agent selling $12 million his first year in the business (2001), achieving the status as Rookie of the Year 2002, and NAR’s 30 under 30 in 2003. Brandon co-founded Keller Williams Capital Properties in 2005 and has since has gone on to sell nearly 1000 homes and hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate across the Washington DC area. Brandon’s sales team “Brandon Green Companies” sold more than $40 million and 100 units in 2011. Brandon is now also Managing Partner of Keller Williams Capital Properties responsible for growth, agent training and development, communications and branding.

Prior to entering real estate Brandon toured with the musical and educational group Up With People. Brandon is from Iowa and lives in Washington DC with his partner.

Jason grew up in Calvert County, Maryland but he loves living and working on Capitol Hill. Jason is truly passionate about the people, homes, and businesses that make up the community of Capitol Hill. He knows the local real estate market and prides himself on providing his clients with exceptional service.

After graduating, in 2000 from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Jason worked as a sports reporter in Augusta, GA and Wilmington, NC. In 2003, Jason began his career in real estate with Coldwell Banker. With his background in sales, communications, journalism, and business development, Jason quickly became one of the top agents in the DC area, earning the Coldwell Banker (Capitol Hill) Rookie of the Year and the International Presidents Club Award for High Sales Volume and Excellent Client Service/Care.
In 2005, Jason joined with other enthusiastic Capitol Hill agents to form a new brokerage in Washington, DC. Keller Williams Capital Properties brings the next generation of brokerage and agent to DC. Jason continues to be an owner and active partner in KWCP. In 2007, Jason won the Keller Williams Gold Award for Highest Office Sales Volume. Under Jason’s leadership, the Jason Martin Group is ranked as one of America’s Top 1,000 real estate professional teams by the Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends.

While Jason specializes in Capitol Hill, he is experienced with the real estate market throughout DC, VA, and Maryland.
